1. Mandatory Identification
Every Guest is required to present a valid, government-approved photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) at the time of check-in. Failure to provide the same shall entitle Yellohh and/or the Partner Hotel to refuse accommodation.

2. Age Restriction
Guests must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of check-in. Minors shall not be permitted without a parent or legal guardian.

3. Dress Code Restriction
Entry and accommodation shall not be permitted to Guests wearing School Uniforms or College Uniforms/Dress. Any booking made in such circumstances shall be deemed invalid and may be cancelled without refund.

4. Payment Terms
A booking shall be considered valid only upon receipt of advance or full payment as specified on the Yellohh platform. Cancellation and refund, if applicable, shall be governed strictly by the Cancellation and Refund Policy of Yellohh and/or the Partner Hotel.

5. Permissible Use of Accommodation
Rooms booked through Yellohh shall be used solely for lawful and bona fide residential purposes. Any unlawful, immoral, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to the use of narcotics, prostitution, gambling, or possession of arms, are strictly prohibited. In such cases, the booking shall be immediately cancelled without refund and legal action may be initiated.

6. Damage to Property
The Guest shall be liable for any loss or damage caused to the hotel premises, fixtures, or property. The cost of such damage, as determined by Yellohh and/or the Partner Hotel, shall be recovered from the Guest, in addition to any legal remedies available under law.

7. Limitation of Liability
Yellohh shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the personal belongings of Guests during their stay. Safekeeping of valuables shall remain the sole responsibility of the Guest.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services of Yellohh shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at the place of registration of the Company.
